Can't Start Navigation Window Actions (Help Message)

Action to taken

Either make the right-hand window (the contents window) active by clicking in its area and then perform  the action on its selected entries or clear the selections in that window (use Ctrl-E) and then click in the navigation window (on the left) to make it active and issue the command again.
