FileBoss was unable to create the directory to which the files were to be copied because there was a problem with the specified root (base) directory.

Possible reasons for this problem are:

•	The specified root directory contained a filename rather than the name of a directory.

•	You do not have permission to create a directory in that area of the file system.

•	The specified root directory does not exist.
