File Set Titles cannot be empty

Message Text:

The title for a Virtual Folder cannot be empty.

When the message is displayed

This message is displayed when

Action taken

•	Does not affect the filename. (use Save As command)

•	Cannot be longer than 255 characters long.

•	Defaults to the file name

•	Not really needed to change unless will be and reusing the Virtual Folder.
