No files were found matching the search criteria.

If you think files or folders should have been found,

click 'Help' for quick hints on what could have gone wrong..

Check the search definition carefully especially the following:

If the search paths contain meta-folders folder names between the < and > characters (e.g. <My Documents> or <Windows> make sure they are exact and available on your computer. For more information on meta-folders click here
The Search Sub-directories box is checked.
The 'Text Search' box is not checked so that you are not unintentionally searching for specific text in a file.
Double-check the Paths and Patterns fields

If the dialog is fully opened, i.e. in the Advanced mode, check the following:

The values for the file times and sizes are what you want or, even better, set to 'Ignore'.
No files have been excluded in the lower left corner of the dialog.

Remember that any dialog in FileBoss which has an Advanced/Simple button can be closed up to reset all values in the advanced area to their defaults. Simple click the button twice to set these defaults.
