When the message is displayed
This message is displayed whenever an attempt is made to delete or recycle a file that is locked by another program or otherwise protected
The most common reasons for the error message are:
| • | You do not have permission to delete the file |
| • | The file is in use by another program |
| • | You do not have the appropriate privileges for that file or folder |

This phrase will be replaced by a message the Operating system returns as the reason the file or folder could not be deleted or recycled. The message itself will depend on the reason for the problem and the version of Windows in use.
Action to Take
Press 'OK' to continue processing any remaining files or press 'Cancel' to skip all remaining files.
