These are simple warning messages giving you a chance to confirm copying a large number of files.

If you do not want to see these messages again check the box in the lower left corner of the message box.

These message can be turned on again by selecting Options | Program Options... then choosing the Warnings & Hints panel and pressing Turn all ON in the Confirmations group.
