Include / Exclude Details

Folders and File Patterns for Seaching

This dialog is displayed when using the Create Virtual Folder dialog and the Paths or Patterns buttons to the left of their respective fields are pressed.

Enter paths and patterns to include in the appropriate box on the left side and optional paths and patterns to exclude in the appropriate right boxes.

Note that while the paths to be included must be full paths (e.g. C:\Program Files, C:\My *, or \\CorpNet\c) the paths to exclude can just be folder names in which case they will be excluded whenever they are encountered.

When OK is pressed the data in this dialog will replace the data in the Paths and Patterns fields in the Create Virtual Folder dialog.
