Configuring the Columns in the Contents Window
Columns in the contents window can be moved around, re-sized and added or deleted whenever you want.
FileBoss will remember the column settings individually for each type of View, Explore, Virtual Folder and Compare. So if you change the column settings in an Explore window those setting will be used for all new Explore Views but the changes will not affect Virtual Folder or Compare Views.
The Column Header Bar
To Change the order of the Columns
Click and hold the left mouse button over the title of the column you want to move (on the header bar shown above) and then drag the column to its new position.
To Change the Width of a Column
Move the cursor over the separator on the column bar and to the right of the column you want to resize and then click and drag the column to its new width.
To Add and Delete Columns
Right-click anywhere on the header bar to display the list of available columns shown below. Simply check and uncheck the columns you want to change. As you change each columns status the change will be reflected immediately on screen.
