Use the Options | Program Options... command from the main menu (or click its command button  ) and select Advanced Options from the list of option pages on the left side.

Globally Available
TCC is available to all routines that use the FileBoss copy engine such as normal copying, Fault Tolerant Copying, Duplicating and Merging.
This means that whatever options you set here will affect all copy routines.
File-Based Timing and Pauses
No FileBoss will copy every file as fast as it can.
Pause FileBoss will pause the specified number of milliseconds after each file has been copied.
Minimum FileBoss will monitor how long a file takes to copy a file and if that time is less than the specified milliseconds then it will pause for time difference. For instance if the specified minimum time is 10 milliseconds and the file only takes 2 milliseconds to copy FileBoss will then pause for 8 milliseconds after the file has been copied.
Batch-Based Pauses
Pause 99 seconds after every 9999 files When checked FileBoss will pause for the indicated seconds after every xxx files have been copied.
